Stainless steel face sensors with non-stick coating – cinder resistant
The robust stainless steel IGV sensors are coated with a special PTFE coating which makes the proximity switches adhesion-resistant and especially easy to clean. The coating also won’t be damaged by harsher mechanical cleaning processes. This makes the switch especially suitable for use in rough welding environments producing welding cinders or similar residues. The sensors are available in models M12 to M30 with an M12 plug-in connection. The sensors can be used in temperatures from -25 to +80 ° C and are waterproof and pressure cleaning resistant according to their IP 68 and IP 69K protection rating.
